I have created a layout plan for how the event should look set up wise - The space should have plenty of open space for networking, I have decided to make seating limited to allow anyone to join conversations easily without being limited by seating capacity - however for those who may be more reliant on having available seats, I have plans to position seating on the edges of the venue space which can be moved if need be. If anyone wishes to have a more private/direct conversation with someone, the bar space downstairs has plenty of available seats/tables spanning across two floors.
